KOSHA Program Masterclass with Lora Heiner

This 90-minute class will introduce attendees to the concepts of Postural Control and Stability, which serves as the foundation from which human movement originates. From this template, a creative yoga flow will emerge through an exploration of personal range of motion along with engagement of  the various key kinetic chain checkpoints of the human body. Scientific concepts such as reciprocal inhibition, the stretch reflex and kinematics will be playfully introduced with the aim of illustrating how yoga can truly be personalized on an individual level, all within the context of an inclusive, safety minded group class.
