A transformative influence for her was when she took an in-depth training in Peruvian Shamanic Healing and travelled to Peru in 2013 and 2014 where she spent time among the Indigenous Elders of the Q’ero Inca Shamans. These travels to Peru deepened her understanding of this ancient mode of spiritual healing and is where she was initiated as a Pampa Mesayok (Caretaker of the Earth). Susannah experienced her own journey of self healing through Shamanism and is passionate about bringing these practices out into the world.
She is devoted to living and sharing the tools of yoga, meditation and indigenous teachings that empower and allow individuals to intentionally engage with life.
