WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT
I love your meditation classes. I am much more productive the rest of the day if I do your meditation at 8am. Your classes are very structured and I feel relaxed and fulfilled after class.
Sarah is a phenomenal teacher and an inspiring yogi. She fully embodies what it means to practice yoga in all of its forms and does so beautifully and with such grace. I have learned so much from her while in my teacher training and feel so lucky to have the honor to learn from her and learn with her. Sarah cares deeply for her students and for her practice and shines that light wherever she goes.
